Our community event to launch this new website was a great success...

On Saturday 17th March we held an event at Community House to mark the launch of this new website. Attendance was excellent with a great diversity of local Maindee and the wider Newport community. Many of the groups that use Community House held stalls, promoting their activities; we had presentations of the new website and the recent work of staff member Tanveer. The high point for many was a group percussion session, where attendees bashed, clapped, shook, rattled and rolled various percussion instruments from around the world.
We've added a new gallery to the site showing photos of the event.
